Vunani Capital Partners and Ditikeni Trust have combined resources to form an en comandite investment partnership to invest in assets contributing to transformation, of which environmental transformation to a low carbon future will be an important component. Vunani and Ditikeni have each committed R20 million to the Ditikeni Vunani Transformation Fund Partnership.
The objectives of the Fund are to contribute to the transformation of the South African economy while earning risk-adjusted market-related investment returns for investors. The transformation objective will be achieved by selecting investments which will achieve one or more of the following sustainable development goals:
